Yes, you can store your VRO on each of these devices.
Yes ! If you’ve been sponsored, you can earn up to 3% cashback on your first buys during the 15 days following the validation of your account, you will benefit from a 3% cashback valid on the first 10 VROs you buy, which will be paid to you after 30 days provided you keep your purchases until that date.
If you refer new members, like family or friencs, for each new referral, you will receive a 3% cashback on his/her first purchases eligible for cashback. This will be paid to you after 30 days provided that your referrals keep their purchases until this date.

You can buy VRO with BTC or ETH. You cannot yet buy VRO with FIAT currencies.
There are different transaction statuses:
- Created, in yellow: a transaction that you have initiated, but not completed. Don’t worry, this will not affect your account. It will remain there for your personal information.
- Pending dep., in yellow: The transaction has been initiated and our system is waiting for the deposit of funds from your third party platform.
- Minting, in purple: Your funds have been received, we are crediting your account with VRO.
- Completed, in green: a finalized transaction.
- Cancelled, in red: a cancelled transaction.

The platform fee applied when buying VRO is 0.5% and 1% when selling VRO. There are no fees for sending and receiving VRO on the plaform apart from the GAS fees of your preferred network.
VeraOne tokens are backed by real gold, and this gold is stored, secured and insured. Through a safekeeping fee, you are making sure your gold remains where it is, safely. These fee amounts to 1% per year equals 0.083% per month.
*Safekeeping costs are offered until the release of Ethereum 2.0
Wallet
Your VRO wallet is an ERC20 address. It means that it is part of the ethereum blockchain. If you want to go further into the details of the VRO Wallet, please read the Whitepaper. If you want to learn how to use it, go on the page Buy VRO.

Unless you can prove that the address you sent them to is yours or nonexistant, no. If you think you have been a victim of a scam, contact the authorities.

It can be:
- Your valid national identity card
- Your valid passport
- Your valid residence permit issued by your host country in addition to your passport if you are a foreigner.
In case you are unable to upload them to your account management interface, please contact us.
The documents justifying your residence are:
- A rent receipt
- A water, gas or electricity bill (proof/certificates of contract not accepted)
- A fixed phone or internet bill (mobile invoices not accepted)
- A bank account statement (IBAN not accepted)
All these documents must be less than three months old and must be in your name.
- An income tax notice (must be less than one year old)

This Qr code is your second security to access your account. It is called a 2 factor authentication (2FA). To parameter it, you need:
- a smartphone with a camera
- Your computer opened with the browser displaying the Qrcode.
Step 1: Download “google authenticator” on your smartphone.
Step 2: With the app, scan the Qrcode
Step 3: By scanning the Qrcode, you added a link from VeraOne.io to your smartphone. A 6 digit password is appearing on the app. This password resets every 30 seconds.
Step 4: When connecting on the website, use this code. Do not uninstall the app, otherwise you password wil be lost.

Try multiple passwords, it is possible that you switched yours with one on another website.
Refresh the page after clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
If the website asks you about another password after entering your email address and password, do not worry, this is normal. When you signed up, you downloaded an app named “Google authenticator” (available on iOS and Androïd). This app shows you the second code you need to access your account. The code resets every 30 seconds, do not uninstall the app. Otherwise, your link from the app to the VeraOne platform will be lost.
